Before founding Portal Creative Marketing, she led digital marketing initiatives for Silicon Valley companies, including VMware, Cisco, Visa, and TiVo—work that honed her expertise in strategic storytelling, demand generation, and brand building.

Today, Laura channels that experience into helping smaller teams, creatives, and purpose-driven organizations make marketing accessible, authentic, and effective. Her approach bridges big-brand strategy and real-world practicality—empowering clients to clarify their message, connect with their audience, and grow with purpose.

An avid world traveler, scuba diver, and sailor, Laura draws inspiration from exploration and discovery—values that shape her curiosity-driven approach to both marketing and life.

Peter Donohue

Peter brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, entrepreneurship, and business strategy.

Before joining Portal Creative Marketing, Peter spent over a decade at Raychem/Tyco International, where he held multiple leadership roles culminating as Head of Marketing for Asia. His experience managing international markets gave him a deep understanding of how to position products, teams, and ideas for global growth.

An entrepreneur at heart, Peter has founded several ventures including Expand Abroad Consulting, an entrepreneur coaching firm; helpUhire Solutions, a SaaS-based staffing platform; and California Kayaker Magazine, a publication celebrating outdoor adventure and the California paddling community.​

Peter brings a pragmatic, strategic lens to every engagement—blending corporate discipline with entrepreneurial creativity to help organizations grow sustainably and with purpose.

Jakub brings more than two decades of creative experience across design, branding, and digital media.

As the founder of LeftLaneCreative, he has led design and branding projects across industries—from consumer electronics and fashion to finance, healthcare, sports, and social networking— collaborating with global and Fortune 500 brands along the way.
